a). Are there any shipping charges?
A Big no. We provide ‘Free Shipping’ on all orders.
b). Is there International shipping available?
No, we are not shipping outside of India.
c). How much time it takes to ship my order?
After your order has been successfully placed, your product will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
d). When will I receive my product?
Once your product is shipped, it will take3-5 business days to reach your destination.
e). Where to find my tracking details and how to track it?
Once your order is shipped, you will be notified with tracking details by Email/SMS. Also, the same can be found from ‘My Orders page’.
f). What happens If I am unavailable at my destination/my order is undelivered?
Our Courier partner will attempt again to deliver on next business day. If they unable to deliver the product, it will be return to us. For prepaid orders we will initiate refund to the original mode of payment.
